Who we are

This site is operated by School Data Pty Ltd. It hosts our campaign pages at go.schooldata.com.au. It is separate from our main website at www.schooldata.com.au.

What we collect

When you download a resource from this site, we collect the three details you type into the form:

• your name
• your school
• your email address

We also record which page you downloaded from and the date and time. That is everything. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we do not set cookies to identify you, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To give you the document you asked for, and so that someone from School Data can follow up with you about it. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to the resource you requested.

How long we keep it

We permanently delete these details 13 months after you download. The deletion is automatic and complete — we do not keep an archive.

Security check

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that downloads come from people rather than from automated scripts. It runs in the background and does not ask you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser to make that check.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the 13 months are up. Email nat@schooldata.com.au and we will action it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us at the same address and we will respond.
